System maintenance is performed by Bionest trained and certified technicians. This preventive service ensures proper functioning of the technology and avoids potential problems throughout the treatment chain, thus preserving the quality of the environment. Our qualified team can maintain your system's good condition and provide precautionary measures about its operation and that of peripherals.

With a detailed history of all interventions performed, we can answer any questions you may have, guide you and properly intervene as needed on your system.

ADVANCED SECONDARY SYSTEM

Includes one inspection of the treatment chain's components and much more.

• Inspection of the primary reactor and its components

• Inspection of tank containing Bionest technology and its components

• Photos (site, tanks and pipes)

• Verification of proper evacuation of treated water

• Vérification of BIOLARM¹, recirculation and vent

• Cleaning of the aerator¹ filter and effluent filter

• Maintenance report given to owner and available to the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques (MDDELCC) and for the Bureau de Normalisation du Québec (BNQ) audits.

• Real time data base information

• Technician transport.

¹ These operations are only possible if resident is present.

tERTIARy system

Includes two inspections per year. Same maintenance as advanced secondary, plus :

• Inspection of the BIO-UV every 6 months and every 12 months

• Cleaning of the UV lamp sleeve

• Replacement of the UV lamp every 12 months

• Sampling and analysis report

• Maintenance report given non only to owner but also to the municipality.  Also available to the Ministère du Développement durable, de l’Environnement et de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques (MDDELCC) and for the Bureau de Normalisation du Québec (BNQ) audits..
